I think regarding veer the prophecy was right like he will be snatched by the light that is bani but regarding teer no maybe this cooked up story because jay actually not dead but he wanted to kill teer because he want to be powerful though the naagmani so he told shukla to tell balwant this fake prophecy because maybe jay has done a deal with cheel ka mrutyu devta to get him the naagmani so they can be powerful and maybe jay want bani to kill veer for eg first sideline both twins to become the master and then kill bani and gain dominance over cheel and naglok I know I'm saying anything but this may come true you know what stupid twist ekta mata can bring.

I think Cheel guru is deceiving all the Cheel clan by manipulating the fights between Naagins and cheels.

The two moons symbolise twin brothers Veer and Teer. The 'chand pe daag' refers to Veer's elder brother Teer, whereas the spotless moon refers to Veeranshu. There's a strong chance that Aakesh too had a twin brother who killed Hriday but Naageshwari misunderstood Aakesh & killed him. Hriday's death in Satyug is still doubtful.
