Why did Kangana become the way she is?

She's been a sociopath all along but in this lockdown she became uncontrollable

She clearly has an underlying psychiatric illness. She has delusions of grandeur and paranoia. She enters volatile relationships and often with married men (sanjay, ajay, aditya Pancholi? Hrithik).

So i think she is like this because she hasn't sought out appropriate help.
