Vikas Singh says as per record there doesn't seem to be any painting of Goya's in the hotel that Rhea mentioned and even if there is then that means his mental state changed post October.... Also he said that she has been changing her statement every other day and he will use all this in court..... I think he was alluding to the fact that Rhea said he lost mind control in October but also said that he was talking medicine since 2013...
