gotta say, if i take out the fact that she married a married man, she is quite an incredible woman.. so disciplined, raised daughters well, businesswoman, politician.. maintained her own identity in that socialiate circle .. which is not easy..

And even on that marriage, Dharmendra wanted to take a divorce.. she told him to convert to islam.. it is incredible decision if you get past the cheating angle

And I don't know that those who did partner up without considering mundane things like how you pay your bills did that well long-term. Madhuri seems all right, but what about someone like Kajol or Sushmita or Amrita Singh or Sridevi or Hema Malini?

Seems like a fair age gap to me.

Juhi's husband was a widower when she married him. Wife died tragically. I remember there was talk about that when she got married to Jai Mehta. They look cute though. And love how they're so lowkey, no one knows anything about their kids!

I can only think of Amrita-Saif. I think everyone else married guys who were either or all of : Rich, well educated, well known.

gayathri joshi acted in just one movie. perhaps the man saw the film, fell in love with the character along with that the actress who played the part. met her. proposed her and settled.

one good character can change your life :)
