No one else does,so only he can help with the mission. And I am almost sure this is what's going to happen. Because Rishab himself would prolly think it's his child only and distance himself so I doubt he'd team up with preeta and all to expose Sherlyn.

@bold: i dont think rishabh is going think the child is his. he knows he has never touched sherlyn not even that night. but luthra ladies will surely think like this.

He was actively looking for evidences even if he was getting into trouble. So I kinda feel ironically it'll be Karan saving her even if he doesn't intend to. Just like the Mahira accident case.

1. He did ask her. Karan stopped him, remember Karan started treating Preeta like a waitress in her own hall, so that he could humiliate her.

2. Karan ne Mahira wale case se Preeta ko kaise bachaya? The gunda they caught was not the one that helped Preeta get out of jail. Wo poora Valentine week ka filler track tha. Just like the first time jab Preeta jail gayi thi. It was her sister that got her a clean chit. 😊

When they got that alimony paper he could call Preeta, at least. As a friend.

When Karan and Kareena booked KKB hall for mehendi he could call Preeta and ask her if she is really OK with it? As a friend. Then the entire humiliating mehendi party wouldn't happen at all. I was wondering that time how he didn't do it? How is it possible if she is really your friend.

The most strange thing for me is when Karan did all that horrible things with Preeta at the wedding night and Rishabh didn't object to Karan when Karan said him "You are my brother. You should be on my side". Rishabh said in previous episode to Mahira that he is always on the side of truth. So was Karan on the side of truth then too?

He is more like Rakhi to me. He talks a lot but does very little.

1. He could have asked her right away instead of even waiting till the engagement. What about calling her over the phone and asking her?

2. The outcome of Karan helping preeta didn't always succeed. But the fact remains that he did go out of his way to help her. While all Rishab does is talk.

I would be surprised if you tell me you did not expect Karan to change. It was clear from the beginning that he is impatient, impulsive,temperamental, judgemental and obsessive. They were just showing all that in a positive light so obviously at one point it was going to go to the darker side. As those qualities are a dangerous boundary if you can't manage them. While Rishab was always soft and I honestly doubt there'd be a drastic change there

@bold - But we can say the same thing for every character. We can say that Karan is shown that way because the scenario demands. Characters are always fictional. Their deeds are fictional and we judge them according to their fictional deeds and not because we know the real intentions of the writers.

i agree that he didnt do much.

but makers had to drag the torture phase of preeta. if rishabh had stopped everything this early how could they show preeta getting humiliated by karan to this extent. this constant torture and humiliation of preeta for long time was important for future track. thats y they showed rishabh mostly staying silent and avoiding to interfere between the married couple.

also preeta was staying in arora house. they had to bring this new phase where rishabh actively supports preeta only after her entry in luthra house.

True but sherlyn is cunning enough to produce a DNA result that says it's his baby and he isn't that smart enough to not believe that unless he actually remembers whatever Karan said about her being pregnant earlier. But I honestly can't imagine a situation where Karan won't help his brother from sherlyn especially when her pregnancy is revealed. This is the point he'll forget about everything and center it all around Rishab.
