Surbhi does look like the punar janam of Hina as Naageshwari. I mean features kaafi mel khaate hai after make up. Both are sexy in different ways. Hina looks sultry and glamourous as a naagin, Surbhi as the naagin looks charming and beautiful. That's kind of my opinion.

I haven't seen them together, but when it comes to reincarnation, there have been times when the features were very similar to the previous life. Once I had seen in Rishi Kapoor's Karz, where Ravi Verma and Monty looked very similar in features. And second is here - Surbhi and Hina.
And another one was not reincarnation, but plastic surgery in Ek Hasina Thi on Star Plus, where Nitya and Durga looked very similar.

Arre no no, mujhe to saaf dikh raha hai, phir se popat banne ka season aa gaya hai. Nag aur naagin ka scene nahi banne wala, iss baar Naagin aur Cheel ki kahaani hai.
