Media is unfair, so if media wasnt protraying you as guilty, then they are being fair, because you are not guilty? You can spread falsehood with the same media but when they are finally speaking the truth, suddenly it should be silenced? Truth cannot be silenced, when it speaks, the whole world will listen.

CBI investigation is illegal if transferred by Bihar Police , otherwise it's ok.

Its about the jurisdiction. The family desperately wants the case transferred to Bihar Courts. I'm not sure why? Mumbai police might be incompetent. But what have the Mumbai courts done? The CBI can investigate and Mumbai Courts can give their verdict.

I think CBI will be given the go ahead tomorrow but the case will be with the Mumbai Courts. Just a hunch.

Mumbai Police is against CBI Investigation.

Rhea's team is against Case being transferred to the Bihar Courts but fine with a CBI investigation.

Two different parties even if the media treats them as one.

If it goes to Bihar, she knows she will loose. If it goes to Mumbai she knows she will win. In Mumbai, her win is guaranteed.
