Why should SRK say anything about this case? after sometime people will question Modi and Shah too it is advisable for people with followers not to influence a case in any direction. Justice will be served with a strong case and evidence, not SRK's tweet.

Not true. This is not some information that is privy to Swamy alone. The court will declare it on record and everyone would have access to this info.

What they are referring to is that Centre has accepted Bihar govt's request for CBI enquiry. It has not been ordered by the SC yet.

Mahesh is the only person who knows Sush for a long time without loosing touch. He might not know much about the case but don’t see him involved.

They did loose touch in the last few months. But I am very sure they were still each other's best friends. I remember SUsh wishing him on his Birthday.. calling him Meri Jaan. Probably Sushant reached him out , like he was reaching out to everyone in his last few days, who he was not in touch with including SHweta.. She got a call from a number unknown to her, when she asked who it was.. the reply was Di its me.. They were talking after a year. This was in May 2020.

Mahesh was broken during funeral.. He was also seen siding by his father outside the airport.

I dont know whats so hard to understand. Even after hearing about all the torture that Sushant went through, if people don't get how hard it is for a newcomer who is an outsider, then they just lack empathy. I will never expect Tripti to speak becsuse shes so new, its highly dangerous to her safety. She has no buddha w underworld connections to save her. Neither did Sushant. But khair, no point.

Supreme Court order grants no stay on investigation. Centre through SG Tushar Mehta submits that as per instructions to him, the notification for CBI probe in the matter will be released by the end of the day.

The HC and SC only have the right to ask CBI to take over a case, with or without the State and Centre's consent. They cannot tell them to not take over a case! It is understood, that CBI doesn't seek SC's approval for taking over a case.
