These Bollywood people were quick to post RIP,

Repeat after me, mental health matters to support the suicide theory. They were quick to post about and praise dil bechara. Now that there is a possibility of murder, they can’t say anything about justice.

Their are people on bollywood who gives gyan on every topic which are not related to them or they are not aware about it but now they cant tweet a msg for justice.

People like Farhaan was protesting on roads against CAA without knowing anything about it because it was suiting his agenda and he is not the only one majourity of bollywood people are like that.

The HC and SC only have the right to ask CBI to take over a case, with or without the State and Centre's consent. They cannot tell them to not take over a case! It is understood, that CBI doesn't seek SC's approval for taking over a case.

In this case Mumbai police investigation is still ongoing. So govt. of Maharashtra would object to CBI taking the case when they are in the middle of the investigation. So there is a direct conflict, and I thought the court would intervene and settle the matter.

Then why are you believing in this theory? First of all, lawyer did not mention what the allegation was in his interview with Republic. I presume, Pinkvilla has filled in the gap on its own.

If I presume Rhea really made those accusation and if indeed there was really a fight between brother and sister, why did Sushant support Rhea? Explanations are

1) He was smitten in love with her in just few days and got carried away.

2) Rhea immediately started with her jaadu tona stuff and Sushant was under her spell

3) Sushant was under pressure to be with Rhea, whether he believed her or not, whether there was a spell or not.

On possibility 1. Possible for a teenager. But not for 30+ man who has been in relations for years. (That too to the extent of doubting sister on a serious allegation).

On possibility 2. I don't believe in black magic.

This will lead me to conclusion 3. He was compelled. What was his compulsion? People might cite, he was depressed with blinds. But that Sanjana Sanghi blinds came later (after he started staying with Rhea).

Of course, it is only my feeling which has no proof. He was pressured. He could not explain what the pressure was, to anybody.

His ex manager stated (who used to be with him for the entire day). He was removed without any notice. He could not reach Sushant. He was able to see him just once, when he was near Sushant's gate. Sushant did not stop the car, did not open the window to greet him. He could only see the sad face of Sushant inside car. This is what is making me suspect. Even if the staff changing is okay. But why Sushant could not even greet his earlier staff?

Something happened before Rhea came to his life. He committed something (honeytrap) or witnessed something (some underworld dealings). Since then, he was blackmailed and had no control over his personal life.

Coming back to his argument with his sister. I don't think he would have accused his sister. He might have asked her to move on (despite allegation). This could have hurt siste's ego. She probably expected either an apology by Rhea or Sushant to break away from her. Sushant could not explain her, he was not in a position to do both. Any husband would get irritated, if his wife is treated this way (without knowing the reason). So Sushant's brother in law replied to him harshly and broke their ties. By Jan when the anger subsided, they realised something is not going right. Hence the brother in law messaged to DGP.

@bold : could be a black mailing scenario.....after one-two date if she blackmails him of putting molestation allegations against him or some other secret, then he can be forced to comply with her wishes....... though in few video off-camera they did look quite comfy with each........

my question is when Sushant started talking to Priyanka after some months.......didnt he wonder about Rhea accusing Priyanka........how come he continued the relation....

Meme police did not file a FIR for 50 days so they cant do anything now.

SC has given 3 days to Meme police for the reports and after 3 days meme police can organize umang because they wont have to deal this case after 3 days.

So Mumbai police to hand over case to CBI? If that is indeed the case, the headlines would be very different right now.

They did loose touch in the last few months. But I am very sure they were still each other's best friends. I remember SUsh wishing him on his Birthday.. calling him Meri Jaan. Probably Sushant reached him out , like he was reaching out to everyone in his last few days, who he was not in touch with including SHweta.. She got a call from a number unknown to her, when she asked who it was.. the reply was Di its me.. They were talking after a year. This was in May 2020.

Mahesh was broken during funeral.. He was also seen siding by his father outside the airport.

Sushant called up his own sister after a year ? Shweta means his sister , right ?

The FIR was filed in Bihar, hence they have the jurisdiction to transfer the case to CBI or not. So now, even if Maharashtra Government objects to a CBI inquiry, they don't have any jurisdiction to stop them. In general also, the states have almost nil power to stop CBI from taking over an investigation.

FIRs are transferred all the time to the jurisdiction of the case. If it were not a high profile case, Bihar police would have transferred it to Mumbai police and dusted off their hands. But since it isn't any ordinary case, they didn't do that.

Also regardling states having nil power. Not true.

CBI's functioning is governed by the Delhi Special Police Establishment (DSPE) Act. Section 6 of the Act prohibits the agency from investigating cases outside Delhi (and Union Territories) without permission from the respective state governments.

However, the Supreme Court and high courts can direct the CBI to probe any case in any state.

This means: CBI cannot, on its own, decide to probe offences outside Delhi. If a state refuses CBI investigations and a major probe requires conducting raids, the agency will have to approach courts to take permission for the same. The agency also needs support from the state police in cases which would not be forthcoming if the state denies it.
