The FIR was filed in Bihar, so they have the right to get the case transferred to CBI and they have already given the approval. Once that happens, the CBI automatically takes over the case from the State Government. The CBI has accepted the case already.
The centre accepting the case to be transferred means the same thing as CBI accepting it, since it is an agency governed completely by the Central Government. They cannot refuse any case that comes to them recommended by the centre / HC / SC.
Akshay Salman etc. was labeled from the beginning they suffered too in their way and I'm against this blind or fake article I was the first that i didnt believe in that stories about sushant .. but when you entered in that world you know how it works.. I think not biggie in. This case maybe reha behavior is fishy but you need to prove he was drugged or forced or blackmailed right now just blabbering and not solid point to condemn reha too.
