The FIR was filed in Bihar, so they have the right to get the case transferred to CBI and they have already given the approval. Once that happens, the CBI automatically takes over the case from the State Government. The CBI has accepted the case already.

The centre accepting the case to be transferred means the same thing as CBI accepting it, since it is an agency governed completely by the Central Government. They cannot refuse any case that comes to them recommended by the centre / HC / SC.

They r accused by their Co-stars/ex gf too. Raveena Tandon called out Akshay and list of Salman is long. But no one Ever who worked with Sushant or even dated him ever spoke a single thing against his 'character' or how he treats person. You cannot put them into the same radar.

The case should have been handed over to CBI by Mha Government to stop this circus, but better than never, Hopefully people will pay for what they did

Except it has not been handed over to CBI yet. The centre has accepted the request of CBI enquiry from Bihar govt. The court didn't say anything on it (as in approve or deny). So till it's handed over, Bihar police can still continue with its investigation.

According to His Sister and His ex gf, Subramaniam Swamy it's already handed over to the CBI.
