It is the IT cell. They are the ones who've been doing daily trends related to Sushant's death. If you look at most of those accounts who like and retweet, they are fake ones with like 3 or 4 followers. They have their main big accounts that everyone knows and then an army of bots to give exposure to the big accounts.
