Yeah, it's shady to start having a business together so quickly but people do crazy things sometimes.

I looked up Sushant and he is listed in 3 companies.

The one started in 2018 has nothing to do with Rhea or her family.

The one started in 2020, called Front India, is being listed as "social work." So this isn't a company based on profit, IMO. This is probably what he used to do his charitable work. Rhea's brother is listed as a director in that one but what profits could have been made from a social work based institution? It's very unlikely.

The only shady company is VividRage but even VividRage has not done any work yet. Maybe they were planning on producing movies under it but nothing has actually been made yet. So again, what profits did anyone get out of it? The paid up capital for it is only 1 lakh and that amount means nothing to Sushant.

If there is truly 17 crore missing, that's from somewhere else and nothing to do with these companies.

How old is her brother? He has an audit licence? He is auditing another company where he and his sister is a director? Conflict of interest? His audit company also opened using Sushant's money? Terrible
