Many celebs have companies that list their managers and other people. It does not mean those people own part of the company. They are just part of the administration or their names are used for tax purposes.

Unless you actually know about the internal finances, you cannot tell anything just based on who was on the board of directors.

And the companies act does allow directors to receive profits too, not only the shareholders.

I meant that their personal managers are listed as directors in their companies. Look up other people's companies and you will see many random names as directors in those companies. That doesn't mean those people are also owners.

And obviously I can't tell anything unless the internal structure is completely known. But in this case based on circumstances alone, I feel they might have been directors who receive profits. This is completely my assumption. And anyhow, shareholders are rarely as part of the daily proceedings of a company as much as a director is.

Also, you don't find it shady that they were dating for just 4 months, when this happened?
