Most of the characters in this drama are very strange.

Sanam's family are such sanctimonious, self-important people. Nothing excuses the way Sanam is ignoring her baby, but her family is responsible for a lot of Sanam's behaviour. They consistently have gotten her into bad situations and then sit back and judge her for trying to fix things the only way she can think of instead of helping her. The sister and brother-in-law seem to have no life of their own- they're either over-involved in the Sanam issue or in Junaid's wedding. Aren't they expecting a baby? I know they're related but Erum's susral has absolutely no problem her spending all day in the bazaars and the rest of the time at her mothers? That girl never seems to be at her married home.

Maybe they want to keep the suspense of 'Will Sanam end up with Sabih in the end... or will she pick Junaid?" but the way both of them have decided that they're never getting married again is so weird especially when they've probably now been away from Sanam longer than they were supposedly in love with her. And now that Junaid's cousin is marrying Sanam's brother they're probably going to see each other again. I wonder what Sanam's kharoos amma will have to say when she finds that out.

Then you have Jibran and Ghana, I don't watch their scenes closely, but they're always so miserable and depressing. Are they trying to show that Jibran essentially got trapped by the baby and otherwise the relationship would have ended at some point?

Sanam is such a messed up soul. I dont know why she keeps jumping from one guy to another. Her neglecting her child is absolutely ridiculous. Dont like her mom too, selfish and mean..

Sanam is still same. She is just interesting in flirting. In this dramas almost all the characters are selfish. Her family is also very weird. Her husband and his 2nd wife are also very selfish.

Khurram is married and living unhappily in some flat somewhere with his pregnant second wife.

They're living separate lives with different partners.

You might be right, lol. I don't think this latest guy is going to last that long.

Mohib still shows up now and then to look miserably in the distance and tell his mother he never wants to get married. Same with Shehroze. Magar the cousin that Shehroze's parents wanted him to marry is now going to marry Sanam's brother, lol. I don't know why they keep showing both of them though. Maybe keep some kind of suspense?

I think Hania has the same style acting in all her shows.

She's acting the same in both this and Ishqiya.
