Nana Patekar did not go to jail because for whatever reason The girl was unable to prove her accusations.. none of the people came forward from the set

Now if a guy had publically stalked, harrassed a girl, sent her his nude pics, continued to drag her through the mud despite him staying quiet for most time, he would have been jailed unless backed by strong political influence

She didn't publically stalked and harass him that accusation is he was overflooded with emails. Salman publically harassed, stalked and abused Aish. She showed up to chalte chalte sets and hit her. He also ran over humans with a car. He is still not in jail either. In fact he enjoys a much better reputation and respect that a self-made three time award winning actress. 😃

Most i have read that it was his inbox that got uploaded. But the police didn't find evidence. They never stated it was because a women can't stalk.
