Most of the outsiders have excessive sense of entitlement. They except their movie to be of big budget. It is not possible as many star kids parents do invest in their kids movie. Nobody will give a big budget movie to an unknown person. Everybody uses references and back ground checks even before hiring someone. Same applies for bollywood.

That’s why people like Janhvi Kapoor are not getting attacked..... she’s quiet and speaks sensibly. She very well may be stealing work too, which is wrong .... but her approach is smart. She was the first star kid to talk about nepotism and accept it!!...... Alia on the other hand seems to have a panic attack at the mention of the word....

Jhanvi PR is very smart. Have you realized since her debut there has not been a single negative blind on her? I just realized this. I am not liking how Star kids getting movies by bullying. I always wonder how this actor got the movie, what was the director thinking. Now it all make sense.

Vidyut deserves

Nepotism is not the problem, this has been said many times. Yes nepotism will persist and it will remain. If we have outsiders, we will have insiders too. as long as it is balanced and outsiders are still getting chances despite insiders debuting too, it will be okay. but what is not okay is this power play, stealing work, and using power to off set the balance be it film opportunities, awards, or media limelight so that only 1-2 people who industry desires makes it big. If it is an outsider, they will use this power play to stump their growth. It is proven and said multiple times that this happens.
That is wrong. I don’t see how Someone can even think it’s okay. The audience speaking up about such things and Some industry people , it is good they are doing.so
