I only follow twitter trends .. that’s how I come to know which teaser is released ..I don’t follow any actors not even nepo kids but I do come to know abt their releases coz it’s all over the place 🤣

Hardly more than two comments.Zee5 is full fledgedly marketing this film on social media including paid ads on insta and FB despite this film being in cans for years. You can't even blame PR now since all films are sold to OTT platforms and it is they who are gonna market the films and marketing films digitally will be stagerred.

I guess people don't even know such a teaser has been released here because they DONT WANT TO KNOW and are more interested in Kjo-Alia topics than trailer topics. If the forum that goes on and on about nepotism was even bothered about outsiders, these trailer topics would atleast have a 5 page discussion if not 25-30 like what starkid topics have.

I can only speak abt myself . IF is not my source atleast . I don’t even visit this forum everyday lmao . How many visitors does IF get per day ?

The fact of the matter is that both the teaser and trailer has been released in every social media platform with much fanfare be it youtube or Facebook or twitter or instagram. All entertainment journalists be it Taran Adarsh to Rahul Raut to Himesh Mankad, everyone has tweeted and raved about the trailer, famous youtubers like Jaby Koay have posted reviews about the teaser and trailer on their channels so it negates the thing about people not even knowing that such a teaser has been released.

You might personally not follow news updates that's a different thing but when you used we, you are talking collectively about a group of people that is the audience.And it's still not possible that despite so much promotion around by Zee5, no-one has any clue about such a film. It's being promoted in every available social media platform so the only reason people don't know is because they are simply not interested in the film.

And it's not about you, it's about the general public since you used 'we' and that's the only reason I quoted your post to talk about everybody and not specifically you. IF visits are pretty high, which have increased even more after lockdown. The forum has a lot of silent members and even more unregistered visitors, the reason why this website is still successfully running and has reached to the position of being official media partner of several big budget Bollywood films and that's only because the traffic of this website is very high and it is a source of information related to entertainment for many. It might not be the source for you but it is for others.

They will watch it because it's coming for free. If it was a theatrical release, it would have tanked based on the poor trailer.

With regards to people whining about outsiders' movies not being big budget and getting less PR, I agree. But what do you expect? Why should people invest money on people who are unproven? They might spend on their family or friends because they care about them. But why would excessive money be wasted on random people who have not proven themselves? When outsiders come into the industry, they already know what to expect. They are not entitled to rich producers rolling out the red carpet for them. Complaints about low budgets and less PR are invalid because they are not entitled to anything.

If an actor truly connects with the audience, their popularity will keep rising and people themselves will turn him/her into a star. Then they will get all those big budget movies too.

Just putting out there won’t work ..

Can people just watch and support whatever and whoever they want, why are people saying they should watch this just coz it stars an outsider? It makes no difference to me who it stars, I will only watch it if I am interested in it

I knew about this film and the trailer coming out, but I didn't watch it coz it didn't interest me at all

I watched the trailer of dil bechara, but the trailer didn't excite me enough to watch the film. So its all about choice and how we react to something, if a film genuinely gets my attention then I'll watch it, regardless of who stars in it or who directed it

Maybe if the reviews are good I'll watch a film, but even if its a film with good reviews that doesnt guarantee that I'll like it, different people like different movies

This is what I have been saying.......... Outsider's movie needs promotion too....

This promotion is also denied to them.....and then people are ready to make fun of them when they movie dont do well...
