I only know they did it for Jonghyun, Sulli, and CIH who also committed suicide :( I saw Sridevi's IG they didn't do it for her so yeah Sushant is the first BW celeb I think.

Oh that’s weird, I think it’s Instagram bug. I couldn’t see when I searched his profile. But after following link I can see it.

Instagram rolled out this update recently. Not just limited to celebrity but it's for all insta users. One of my friend has it too.
