It was very kind of him to make sure he pays his staff and doesn't lead them on with making them work without being able to pay them. Such a caring and thoughtful thing to do.

the guy donated money in crores to relief funds, dont think he was talking about financial issues.........maybe he felt that he wont be alive to pay them later...

He was already giving hints but the staff could not understand the meaning of his words if only they understand his meaning this tragic would not happened

Because there weren’t. He couldn’t tell them that he planned to kill himself and that is why wanted to clear all dues.

It shows how suicide was on his mind for a long time. It gives me shivers that he planned his own death.

these people know that sushant was in a shell why didn't they call up his doctor to check on him they could at least try to make him feel better by diagnosing him again and than call his family members down to be with him,they just could not detect the symptoms and such a tragic happen

the first thing is when a person is not behaving his usual self and goes into a shell or feeling restless and could not sleep properly and mood swings these are symptoms that something is definitely wrong here and help is needed a specialist is needed to handle the person and in sushant case everyone knew he was depressed and low not taking his medicines regularly they just ignore it or could not understand that its getting severe

its good that the family is investigating at the same his eldest sister is a IPS officer it went in the right hands and the kind soul sushant is he pay up all the salaries of his staff so that they can live in peace,for the kind soul he is god has already bless him with heaven

I think he came up with the financial problems, so nobody asks why he no longer needs the staffs.

It is heartbreaking to see that he had planned his own death because he could no longer bear the pain.

I totally can understand them as they are not taught about it i hope in future govt and moh takes the responsibility to educate people about mental health and its not a shame to go to a psychiatrist for a treatment it needs to be educated in school itself conduct awareness programs

in my country we were taught in our high school the basic symptoms and also about awareness of AIDS/HIV my country ministry of health organise such programs in school i remember attending it one for mental health another was AIDS....it was interesting after school it was a compulsory to attend 1 year such programs conduct 3 times honestly it can save lives

depression was main program that they educate in my school before as due to exams pressure students goes into depression and takes drastic steps at the same after result when its not expected marks they go into depression this awareness was needeed as there were such cases thus my country moh organise such programs by doctors n counsellors in all schools college institute and its still going on

oh he actually said financial issues.....hmm.......god knows...but his best friend and family has said there was no financial issues.........maybe if the boycott news is true and then his manager who was gonna get him a good contract died, so he thought he wont be able to sustain their salaries in future........this makes me feel worse
