Would they be proud about molestation charges? Sushant was completely different from Ranbir. The fact that his ex-girlfriends speak highly about him today says something. Yes, one of Ranbir's exes seems a little obsessed with him but she doesn't speak very highly of him. Sushant never bragged about being a player like Ranbir. Some guys like it. I know many principled men who don't. It would be an insult to their character. I defended Deepika because Ranbir himself seems proud of his player like ways. Same can't be said about Sushant.

So is this why Masand is silent so far ??

Very random, but wanted to post this somewhere..

I remember watching the 2016 round table with Sushant, Ranbir, Diljeet, AB and Shahid..and I felt Sushant was being sidelined. For some reason, I thought of the round table again yesterday and forwarded to Sushant's parts within that video, and noticed how no one was really acknowledging him. Ranbir for some reason seemed to show complete disinterest in anything Sushant said - and watching it now, he seemed batshit rude at some points. I noticed this then but it just hits differently re-watching it today. There was only one comment where AB asked Sushant how he hit the last shot in the film, Dhoni..to which Sushant excitedly said he watched Dhoni's clip of it 100x. Otherwise, NONE of the others even faked showing any interest in Sushant's film or body of work. Sushant on the other hand was trying his best to stay positive.

He also made this one comment about how he doesn't like pretentious people and suddenly looked to his left at Ranbir, who was slouching on his chair barely showing interest. Point is...if his peers can't even fake interest on national tv for a fellow peer sitting right next to them, can't imagine what their behavior was off-screen. I do believe this fraternity did not treat him right. I do believe they tried taking advantage of how he was "different." I wasn't a Sushant fan, but I have been really disturbed by this since the news broke. RIP Sushant.

I also watched that video yesterday and felt ashamed of the treatment meted out to Sushant.....I remember that video being posted here on the forum and Sushant being bashed for speaking like a weirdo....Even the comments on YT at that time were bashing him but now suddenly they all see him in a different light...

I have said this in other posts but I happen to see an episode of India's Got Talent when SSR and Sara came to promote Kedarnath.

usually, both stars sit in the middle from what I know. But he was made to sit in the corner while Sara right in the center. Then he was completely sidelined I felt, not asked for comments, more camera focus on Sara, more reactions of her. Very little communication between the rest of the judges ( KJO, Malaika, Kiron Kher) and him.

I told my husband that he was being sidelined. Now when I think about it, it makes me so angry.

Even when you look at a movie like Highway, it was all Alia conveniently forgetting the incredible performance of Randeep. He was sidelined in all promotions and award shows.

So it happens a lot in the industry
