She's a top Telugu actress. What will she achieve by targeting another top actress (who is also her senior) like this? Even a young Kareena wouldn't have done it and Pooja has never shown such behaviour in the past.

It's either a hack, or one of her friends/cousins/nephews doing this, and she might be covering it up by calling it a hack.
