Bhansali up to his usual PR antics. He attaches every actor in the industry to his movies to create hype. I highly doubt Ranbir would do a Bhansali movie. Both him and Sonam hated him.

This film actually sounds good but the female lead has no depth in her role. Its all about Tanseen & Baiju musical rivalry. Even though Meena Kumari won best actress for the film but her role was miniscule in the film. Its about Baiju's revenge for his father's death.

SLB can certainly retool the script if not completely rewrite it to give the female lead a much heftier role.
