We're pretty filthy but Pakistan & Bangladesh are worse. Not quite the "Dirtiest".

I was watching a travel vlog of Colombo and it was so clean. Even a bankrupt country is better than us in handling public cleanliness , air pollution. I think SL is a stand out in South Asia.

I have been to columbo too..it seemed clean for sure and Candy was beautiful..lush green and so clean..people are friendly too
