Hey - apologies for not clarifying what a drabble contest is. Mostly writers are aware of the different terminologies for fiction writing so we just assumed everyone wanting to take part would know.
Definition of drabble - Drabble : (typically within 100 words) A drabble is a short work of fiction of ideally one hundred words in total. It is for testing the author's ability to express interesting and meaningful ideas in a confined space. (More info on different types of writing can be found here)
I hope this helps.

typically Drabble is supposed to be 100 words, now it has become 200 ... ok no problem ...... I just want to ask if word count will remain around 100 or will it increase again in next round ?? Will it become > 200 words ??
Hi
The round one is writing the blurb, not the drabble. The drabble itself is 100 words more or less. Drabble won’t be longer than 100 words.
