After hearing the news of irrfan khan, I have realized how talentless the industry is. We lack true artists and are still built on idolization of stars. Which imo is also disappearing among the new generation of actors. No one is paying attention to who’s number 1, 2 anymore and content is the main selling factor. Stardom is primarily talked on social media vs being a major conversation in the real world. Although being a known face with a good filmography does help attract more audience to films. And all the PR and media keeps relevancy Alive despite the audience not really giving af.

With ott platforms taking over, BW struggles to put out competitive content.
is BW on a decline?

Not just BW, even 80% of IF posts are on those very PR-driven stars you mentioned above.

No one can predict anything for the future.Every release will be uncertain.Past glories are forgotten.Everyone is now at the starting point.
