Kunti may have hidden for a few months.

Plus I think it’s only in the fourth month tummy starts to show.

As per KMG, she stayed in her chamber wearing lose clothes and didn't come out often

However even then her parents not knowing about the pregnancy is unrealistic.

They must have definitely known about it, just played along to maintain the secrecy

Draupadi's kids is slightly confusing since the actual time isn't mentioned but most probably they were younger than Abhimanyu else he wouldn't have been the Yuvraj, so they might have been born between the end of Arjuna's single exile and the dice game

I had a premature delivery in 7 months and till 6th months, not many realised I was pregnant because I always wore lose clothes

Your baby bump starts getting visible around 5th month and it's only around 6 months that one can actually sense it.

But it's not just the tummy, even your face, breasts and legs do show some changes, the experienced ladies can guess watching that.

Yes Jarasangh Vadh was also during the same time period. But it's not a small period of 1-2 years. This would have been at least a time period of around 10 years

2) during het firsr cheer haran promo shoot bheem and arjun were very protective of her. Asking her use ointments for her wounds

3) duryodhan use to constantly tease as dasi drapaudi off-screen

4) during one of the promo shoota duryodhan (arpit) asked her to change sides as pandavas are constantly on exile

5) she is looking for a powerful character to come back

And Saurabh was constantly teasing her asking her to sing song

I love them so very much
