Heya! I am really glad that I came across this TS of yours and completed read it as well.
This is one brilliant piece of writing. If that's even enough to appreciate this. 👍🏼 You have tackled the MAJOR issues that need to be addressed. Something that I haven't seen in the show. Forget about addressing those issues, they are barely touched upon. Apart from the bitter bond between Kuhu and Mishti. I think, they might close this first before tackling the biggest issue of Devyani abandoning Mishti in her childhood. That would probably take a couple of years before we see it being brought up. But still mending Kuhu and Mishti's bond is going to be one hell of a task as well.
Anyways, I loved it how you didn't just address the issue but also had them straighten things out. Rightly said, they will need to take baby steps to deal with the hurt that Mishti has been carrying for the past 14 years. But she has won half the battle already once she decided to actually trying to let things go. What certainly can't be missed is that Abir is her pillar of support she will always lean onto. She would look up for him whenever she wavers. They are into this together and will be each others' support system.
Devyani's side of the story helped quite a lot to understand her perspective. And it actually made sense to have Mishti try taking baby steps to forgive her and let bygones be bygones.
Damn! Can I say I loved how Kunal had evolved. It seemed as though he was suddenly slammed with reality in his face and grown up overnight. He had matured and become much more sensible. His hesitance and guilt while he tried to apologize, coupled with his owning up his mistakes, accepting his faults and trying to make Kuhu realize that he can't see her make the same mistakes he had once made. Because he loves her. In that moment, I really felt it was Abir's brother - Abir's Nanko who was brought alive. Such character growth is worth appreciating.
I am really hope Kuhu gets some sense knocked into her brains after the brothers gave her an earful. Because she has to know that none of it was Mishti's fault. She had blamed her for all the wrong reasons. But if she still doesn't get things straightened out, she better be prepared to face Abir, the husband. 😂
You have got a way with your words. You handle emotions really well and jot them down making them seamless. Everything falls into place and seems so simple. But the emotions are really complex. Hats off to you! 👏 You do fab job, girl. Thanks for writing this beautiful piece of work and sharing it with us. 🤗
Love,
Shenz. ❤️
