Binodini Dasi is not yet confirmed but Mani Ratnam's film is confirmed. Yes, her role is interesting. Here the story revolves around her character Nandini. In the novel it is the main role. She is playing a seductress queen and wife of a very old 60 years old king. She used her old king husband to get her revenge against Chola Kingdom. In order to do so she seduces Vandhiyadevan (played by Karthi) and his friend warrior prince Aditya Karikalan (played by Vikram). Vandhiya stayed aways from her but his friend fell for her beauty and loved her so much. At last she betrayed him.

wow, and yes i'm glad she's working on more projects now. been missing her a lot onscreen and def seems like the right decision to explore a different space
