No to Rani, and Kajol for me. Rani stopped being hot a long time ago. Tabu is gorgeous but only works if they made gone girl with an aged couple then sure. Aish could do it too in that case.

The gone girl is a woman who was forced to be the non existent "cool girl" and she had enough.

I am going to be bold here and say Katrina. Katrina is the living breathing cool girl trope. She is hot but apparently she is your ganji wearing cool girl who is great pals with all the boys. After Zero we know she has the potential to play crazy so if she ever wanted to push herself, this would be a role for her.

If not her I would say Kangana plays crazy well but I can't imagine her playing normal side of the role. Priyanka and Deepika could probably both do it. Radhika could do it as well.

For Ben's role, a leading actor would probably never take a smaller role compared to the actress, so the likes of Abhishek or Sumeet Vyas

Kangana is the best suited. She brings out vulnerability so well.

Tappsee is not as versatile so it would end up just like Badla. But she will do a decent job too.

Kareena, Deepika, may do an ok job, not as good as the above though.

Amy Dunne is not your regular run of the mill psycho. Kangu will be pathetic as the "cool girl".

As others mentioned this a role tailor made for Kangana

Apart from Kangu, I think PC is the next best choice based on her brilliant performance in negative role in Aitraz.

Priyanka is the best n most versatile actress we have had in last 10-15 years
