Malhar felt irked that since the past 2 - 3 days Kalyani went to college with Rahul and Kaka was dropping Mai. He was stuck at home and bored out of his mind. The way Kalyani and Rahul were acting was driving him crazy.

These days Sampada was also trying to stick to him too much. He was getting tired of having to make excuses to stay away from her. He began doubting the flashes of the marriage he had seen. "Shayad Moksh Aur Kalyani ka bonding dekhkar mera imagination overdrive ho gaya."

He tried maintaining distance from Kalyani too. When she came in to give him his medicines as usual, his anger got the better of him and he said "Kalyani, tum medicines yahan rakh do main thodi der baad khud le lunga. Actually, behtar yeh hoga ki tum prescription mujhe de do main khud loonga apni dawai wakt se."

She gave him a puzzled look, "kyun? Main aapko sab wakt pe hi tho deti hoon. Phir Aapko prescription kyun chahiye? Main khud doongi Aapko dawai."

"Tumhe ye sab karne ki kya zaroorat hai, Sampada hai na mera khayal rakhne ke liye. Aur waise bhi agar Rahul ko ye sab pata chalega to usko acha nahin lagega. Isliye Aaj se main apna khayal khud rakhunga. Tum Ab jao yahan se."

Hearing his words, Kalyani's eyes teared up. The pain on her face was noticed by Malhar. He had also noticed anger in her eyes whenever he took Sampada's name.

She keeps his medicines on the side table and leaves.

He thinks in his mind, "Ise itna bura kyun laga? Matlab Mera dream sahi tha? Kya Kalyani hi meri patni hai? Iske dekhte hi jo sukoon aur khushi main feel karta hun, woh Sampada ke saath tho nahin karta. In fact usse door bhagna chahta hun. Please Bappa mujhe mere sawaalon ka jawaab de dijiye."

That night he forgot to take his medicines and could not sleep well. He went for a stroll outside the house. While he was returning back, he saw a figure climbing into the balcony of his room. He rushed there and caught the figure only to see that it was Kalyani.

He was surprised, "Tum balcony mein se mere kamre ke andhar kyun jaa rahi ho? Maine tumhe mujhse door rehne ke liye kaha na. Kya kar ri ho tum yahan?"

Kalyani was silent as she did not expect to be caught by him.

"Kuch Bologi?"

"Woh... main dekhne aayi thi ki Aapne medicines li ya nahin.. Lekin darwaze se aati tho aap gussa ho jaate, Isliye main balcony main se aarahi thi… sorry."

"Maine kaha na…. main apna khayal khud rakh saktha hun… tum apne Rahul ko jaake dekho na.. Shayad use bhi dawai ki zaroorat ho.. "

"Use dawai ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, lekin aapko hai.. aur aapne dawai nahi li, Isliye aise idhar udhar bhatak rahe hain…."

"Tumhe kya… main jahan chahoon bhatak saktha hun.. "

"Aap pehle andhar chaliye, apni medicines lijiye.. Chaliye.. " she jumped into the balcony and held her hand out for him.

He could not believe it that he was entering his own room through the balcony. "Ho kya raha he mujhe? Iski baatein kyun maan raha hun main?"

She handed him his medicines and water which he now took without any argument. When she proceeded to leave through the balcony, he stopped her, "Darwaze se jao Kalyani."

She smiled and left the room. Sampada was standing outside the room. She taunted Kalyani, "sharam nahi aati tumhe? Malhar ne tumhe mana kiya na use dawai dene se.. Phir bhi chali aayi? "

"Mujhe sharmane ki koyi zaroorat nahi Sampada, woh mere pati hai, haan unhe yaad nahin hai lekin iss haalat main bhi wo meri bhalayi chahthe hain. Isliye unki daant ko main seriously nahi loongi. Waise sharam tho tumhe nahin hai, humesha paraye mardon par apna nazzar jo lagati ho." Kalyani walked away from there leaving a furious Sampada behind.

That night again Malhar was haunted by flashes.. Kalyani's smile kept coming back to his memory and then a memory of Kalyani laughing at him. He had scolded her and said she could not laugh without his permission. He woke up with a feeling of guilt. "Maine Kitna pareshan kiya Kalyani ko phir bhi woh mujse naraaz nahin hai. Pata nahin aur kya kya kiya hoga maine. Kya mein itna bura hun?" His mind was again clouded with thoughts throughout the night. He wondered what else he was about to find out about himself.

Aww, can't wait for the next part and especially for Malhar to get his memory at least partially back and remember he's now married to Kalyani and not Sampada, which is why he feels something inexplicable when she's around him.
