Gonna say I did judge the show based on promos at first, but given the COVID-19 situation and my inquisitiveness to see what regressive things are there in Ep1, I watched it all together in one day and got hooked!

Actually it had the opposite effect on me😆 i first saw that marriage promo , in that it had dialogue uss daur mein so i knew this wasn't set in present times and later they show bondita in lawyer robes and this piqued my interest and i thought i would definitely give it a watch

Yup its a wonderful show⭐️ i also started after one week of launch as i had forgotten its start date😆 but then watched all episodes and got hooked.

Haha true..I watched a promo about Sati or so..didn't have any actors in it..so I thought it was based on child marriage that continues to haunt society in today's times. But I was pleasantly surprised to see it promote progressive thought in 1900s.
