Some movies may be good, but they are not the kind of movies people will choose to spend their money on and make a trip to the cinema for. Most people go to the cinema to be entertained, they want to laugh, be thrilled, be excited, the film has be to worth that big screen experience

If the movie is not worth the big screen experience then they will wait to watch it when it comes out on tv or on a streaming service. So if people dont watch a film in the cinema it doesnt mean they dont want to watch it, it's just that they dont want to spend their money on a ticket to watch that film coz they would get the same experience watching it at home

I think this is something producers really need to consider, maybe they can stream such films on services like netflix and charge a fee rather than releasing them in the cinema and losing money

And movies are all bout wat an individual likes, if you dont like movies like bhaagi then dont watch them, but that doesnt mean you can put down those that enjoy such films, its their choice and right to buy a ticket and watch any movie they like

I went for Baghi with my brother.......We don’t watch movies every week.....Good movie or a bad movie from cinematic point of view doesn’t matter to us.....I watched reviews for Baghi and not a single critic reviewed it like a movie from action genre.......My brother gets good action scenes and he is happy......

We all know u dont like Tiger and expected this coming.

As others have already said not everyone wants to watch an intellectual movie on weekends. Even rohit shetty movies especially golmaal

Franchise is lame as hell yet its a hit because it provides fun and entertainment. Tigers fans go for action and enjoy it. Why is it so hard to accept that there are still people who enjoy action filled movies?

I mean, how do they accept Baaghi 3 and reject Sky is Pink/ Panga?! There must be a strong sense of disconnect with the content, which is why they reject certain films, and that's understandable. Bt what is there in the cringe-fest to make them like it? The trailer was cringe at its worst. I haven't seen the film, it seemed to have tacky storyline and little or no plot.

Also, sometimes I feel audience is unpredictable. They reject bad films like Kalank and Street Dancer, bad films with bad content. But then they give a thumbs up to Baaghi 3, and there goes my sense of faith in the cinema-going audience. I might sound elitist, but I would love to know what people see in such films.

“Escapist cinema at its best. Tiger’s power-packed act and chemistry + dazzling action pieces + stunning visual appeal + ample thrills, twists, suspense... Dear BO, get ready for the typhoon. #Baaghi3Review,” a fan tweeted.

Perhaps these elements(above) makes it hardcore entertainment?

Surely I'm missing out on something here.

It’s happening in HW, content films don’t get audience and now it’s practically running on action and Marvel movies. The key is escapism, yes people do watch these movies but to be fair I don’t need to see Sky is Pink in the cinema because I can watch it at home, the big screen is for visual treats, so for e.g. Baaghi 3 may suck but it has the elements that it would only be enjoyable perhaps on the big screen.

there are a lot of ‘good’ movies which to many are boring and slow, I guess we have to accept everyone’s individual taste, what’s good to you is trash to others.

people prefer to watch films like panga/sky is pink in the comfort of their homes. The purpose of going to watch a film now days in the theatre is to be entertained and get away from every day stressors. People will watch those films not technically if it is a well made film always.

Nah...I do not get APPALLED at the audience choice if they do not like the movies I like...sorry one has to have a lot of superiority complex in them to get APPALLED...because that person likes a different kind of cinema than I do....If I like a movie...it entertains me....it is a masterpiece for me....and If I don't like ur masterpiece...it is pure trash for me....as simple as that.

I can make fun of the movie and the acting...but not the audience.
