I think in general Kareena’s always has very emotive dialogue delivery; she just has to add restraint to it, which she learned over time.

This scene was ridiculous. She was acting like Akshay forced her to have a baby. It was her who wanted a child. It was her who wanted a child from ANOTHER MAN'S sperm and she wants her husband to feel attachment to that baby? Why will he feel attachment to a child which is not his? This was just guilt tripping men only because nature didn't give them the right/curse of going through the pain of childbirth...and this rant was for no reason , as if husbands are not aware of what wives go through while pregnancy.

I think she lost her temper and went on a rant because he straight up said “give this baby away, it doesn’t matter to me” when his wife has been carrying this child for 7 months.
