Some of the dialogues are crude but look appropriate to the situation. A "professional" rat killer in BMC and how he finds it difficult to get a wife because of his job. Tejashree looked so different (and lovely) in a totally deglam down to earth role and no lade lade air. Surprised she did this role with such a nondescript lead actor.

he is mangesh Desai with whom Vidya balan has also acted ! He is not a non-descript actor and no heroine can reject a movie for this reason of having nondescript actor.

Fact is he is not Ankush or Swapnil and secondly it is total deglam role and about being shown the wife of a "rat killer". So it is admirable to see her opt for this role. That's my view.

Well that used to be usp of marathi films that movies/ natak had only good actors not good looking stars. But i guess everything changes wt time .

So mishkil is right that guy is not nondescript actor but we as audience r more used to seeing handsome/ beautiful faces on screen.

N kamal u too r right that teju belongs to new generation glamarous times n choosin such a film is weird. Bcos such deglam roles r done by senior sonali kulkarni , amrita subhash , nandita dhuri etc

while selecting a movie nowadays it's not important if hero or heroine is handsome/ beautiful but whether plot is interesting and length of a role. With this particular movie they wanted to take up social cause but I think execution deserved a lot so it didn't strike a chord. Also marketing / promotion was low key which affected the Box office tenure.

Watched emraan hashmi n rishi kapoor suspense movie the body on netflix which is allright not so good.

I had slight idea abt the end but couldn't guess the final connection.

Anyways direction was fine n songs took movie fwd n emraan hashmi can be tolerated only in detective/ suspense movies😀

Dhanu- Bhoot Part 1 is a movie you might enjoy. Reviews are ok. I think you should watch Quiet place 2 releasing next month.
