when talking about politics which mostly deals with people youth is totally incompetent unless they are like 35-40 or even older...like Vinu mentioned...

They lack vision.. but then can lead morchas, can be easilly incited.. are totally uninfluential otherwise... youth is just to build up a case, a personality or character for future leadership..

As with most things - balance is ideal.

Young blood brings energy, enthusiasm and excitement and fresh ideas..

Old timers bring sagacity, stability and possible previous experiences and lessons learned.

Both are needed. It's how to create the balance that's hardest.

Old dont wanna let go - young dont get enough freedom/power. But old arent going to be here forever...and young of now will be.........

I agree with you..

a system should be developed where there are 75% of enthusiastic youth, and the remaining 25% whould be experianced ones...they can guide the youth from their past experiances. Who says that the youth lacks vision..?? Youths have tremendous power to bring their vision to success. And if they fail, then too it is an experiance to learn from.

Why do ppl fear from experiment...? We should always try out new things and come out from our comfort zones..

This adds new colour to our lives and defines a meaning to our lives...it define what we are and wyh we are..

YOUTH IS NOT USELESS....BUT YOUTH IS USED LESS..

our 40-60 years old politicians should start thinking like a young man of 20-30 😆
I mean to say that they should have that spirit and thinking

well said.

youth means taking on potentially more risk for greater returns. old means sort of investing in a blue-chip boring stock. not gonna make u very rich overnight but will also not probably bankrupt u. all comes down to what level of risk is prudent. if u're going nowhere as a country, or seem to be going down the tubes anyway, might as well swing the bat. or if u prefer going with the roll, put it all on lucky 7. 😛

only free lunch here is to diversify- get a stable of old along with the young. if u're not doing that, then u're startin behind the efficient curve.😊
