I m saying in general suspicious conversations in can or anywhere should b reported to the police. This incident may not be a perfect example...but atleast law was being followed... The rest can be sorted by law if driver is at fault.

Protests don't come under general suspicion. It only does when people are brain washed into believing that anybody who protests against the government is a threat to the country . Aise toh kal tum kisike ghar ke samne khare rahe for a transport and people in the house informs the police ke tum unke ghar ke samne chori ke irade se khade huye ho aur police tumhe aake arrest kar le. General suspicion ke andar kuch bhi nahin dala ja sakta. Ek valid reason hona chahiye, jo ki is mein nahin tha.
