Who is stopping the females to go and watch the movie ? They watched Kabir Singh in huge numbers . Truth is, women just want to be keyboard warriors

Best dialogue is the last one.. that slap was the jolt needed to realize all other wrongdoings which were earlier ignored...

👏 Solid movie.... Hope it's well made.

The male lead actor is Pavail Gulati. I watched him last year in web series Haq Se as Tabish. I'm happy to see him make a shift to film. All the best to him. I'd loved his character and acting in that series otherwise it was crap.

LOL. Seeing a woman getting slapped and humiliated...'cinematically maza' aana bhi nahi chahiye. 'Cinematically maza' naa aaye..that's the point. Kyunki aaj tak toh maza le liye hi women are treated as props.

And ofcourse Kabir Singh did not have a message. Kya message de abuse glorification ka. Woh toh normal and completely normalised in our society. So tone deaf.

And I paid for my Kabir Singh ticket so did a lot of the critics. Freeloaders lol. Just because a product you are attached to is shitty does not mean people who criticized it are freeloaders. LMFAO.

1. ,Cinematic Maaza: When I say it, I mean, I didn't enjoyed the trailer. Doesn't mean I would have enjoyed her getting slapped(not that I enjoy slapping, not into BDSM either) if trailer was better put. It was merely about how trailer was cut. For example, Article 15/Aligarh had a great trailer according to me and I enjoyed it, doesn't mean I enjoy caste system, rape of minors in name of caste or discrimination and suffering of homosexuals.

2. Firstly I am not attached to Kabir Singh, I didn't made it or produced it. Nor I loved it, it was a good entertainer(yes since I am not that sensible/sensitive, I don't disgusted or horrified about whatever misogyny or violence shown there), and I keep it that way. I saw it as a story and left it there, call me tone deaf or someone who adores violence and abuse, it is your opinion, but I know where I stand.

Secondly, you are not a critics, you are merely a fan who didn't enjoyed the movie. So I don't get it, why you take it on your self, when I mocks the hypocrite critics, you know the ones, who are paid both tickets and money to review movies as per their bias, agenda and hypocrisy, aka freeloaders where they leave out the misogyny in one movie as per their agenda/favoritism, and in another act like messaih of feminism. So don't count yourself in that group, you aren't paid by someone else to restrict or direct your views.

It's an interesting trailer but I'm reading comments like it's not just a slap like she said it opened her eyes to other wrong things too so he has done other wrong things to her.

Why should there be any other misdemeanors done by the husband? Can't the slap be the only wrong thing? Isn't that enough?

I hope they don't add on to the slap and say that ye bhi kiya wo bhi kiya toh divorce is justified. NO! A slap can be the only reason for her to lose her love and respect for her husband and their relationship. A slap is not just a slap

I agree, if they vilify the guy, whole purpose of the message will lose. But than again, a good person won't hit his wife, so if they put a back story of how the wife ignored the discriminations by her husband, which she didn't thought were discrimination, will be showed. So I think that is necessary for this movie, as a sane person won't slap, and if he does(without suffering from anger issues), he is a jerk, and that needs to be shown.

I didn't think with this perspective...

So husband is a jerk in backstory who slapped once or might do doing again.

Or he is pure but slapped only in spurt once. N apologotic about it... But won't be forgiven because slap once done is done. Unforgivable.
