I don't think he's had the blood tests done. I think he's maybe just saying that because he wants Kalyani to believe that the ONLY solution to save Moksh is a SamHar child. I think when Malhar finds out the truth and KalMa are a team again, they take the blood of everyone and do the test again.

Also that segment about what Reem was saying about sacrifices makes sense now. She said that there would be more sacrifices to make and even if Malhar knows the truth, he can't do much to stop any of them. Which is correct. In fact, they'll be more helpless now.

As for the SamHar wedding possiblity. Either Malhar will trap Sampada in her own game or Atharva Bapat will make a comeback and reveal that Sampada can't conceive.

About scene titu di I feel.it is the expression of kalma that made it so and it was supposed to be so like how much they feel each other but still fee things and circumstances keep them away.

Beacuse malhar was trying hard to controls and tried faking anger in the scene and was terribley failing in both

And kallu expression was full of dari sehmi se like ye Kya kar rahi ho tum waala soch. I felt her expression more or less like nahi Mei kisis aur ka amanath hu aur aap kissi aur ka he ye halath he kind of look all this shouldn't happen between us like

And those Expression of kalama made it look so l felt.
