Chalo maan liya ki nahi dhoti artiiske kapde, but ironing to karti hai na...

I dont get it, why? Why cant a grown man do their own chores? And why dont people get it that cooking, cleaning, laundry arent gender specific roles but are life skills, infact even we parents of special needs kids focus on teaching our kids ADL, Activities of Daily Life, because this helps people to survive!

Aur agar khud nahi karna ko karwaye shahnaz se! Kolhu chalaye arti, gud khaye shahnaz!

Waise logo ka confidence dekho, they entered the house knowing that they dont know how to iron(chalo main wash nahi bolungi) their clothes, or cook, or clean, or do the dishes....

As i have said this thing time and again,Shukla doesn't need friends.He just needs naukars. Even when Asim was with shukla,Asim also used to iron his clothes and sometimes Arti too. But now Arti has become his full time maid

Her sister in law Kashmira wanted to tell her these things. I think Krishna thought he would ruin her game and didn’t want to do that.

And washing clothes is demeaning than ironing it. Nobody likes to touch your dirty clothes n undergarments. Many people don't know ironing so they ask someone else to do it. I don't think there's a big deal in ironing somebody's clothes? We all do it for our family members specially the lazy brothers. No need to downgrade Arti with the word 'doormat' everytime

The boys send the clothes home or so I think. I remember seeing that story post from Aakansha Puri where she posted about the clothes that Paras sent back for laundry.

The issue is not that Aarti is doing Shukla’s ironing. That can happen between friends. The issue is he is never seen doing any work. That kind of attitude is horrible. Plus he isn’t always very nice to Aarti for someone she’s only known for 4-5 months (as per her SIL interview). The fact that she’s taking all his crap and still doing everything for him is what is sad.

Obviously this is all a discussion on opinions and it can differ from person to person but the general consensus is that since she’s putting up with all his meanness and still doing everything for him she’s behaving like a doormat.

Where was it shown?🤣 Imagine ironing his crusty chaddis.

Listen to what Aarti says here and his mother just laughs it off. My mother would tell my brother he needs to do his own work. But I guess that’s just parvarish and a progressive family.

Ironic isn’t it? Didn’t he himself say his another taught him brothers and sisters are equal except when it comes to home chores? 🤔
