Ohho tussi toh emotional kar ditta😭 this song is as precious as ishraru😳 more than the lyrics...I love love love that Dil Kahi rukta nahi instrumental tune...it's so melodious...keeps ringing in Ur ears😳 I'll miss hearing that tune from the neighbors TV coming from outside my windows at late night😆 The late night shows r blessed with their title tracks...the clock would tick 11 pm n this melodious tune would start playing in that silence of the night. In my childhood, it used to be kasautii or kahani or kyuki songs...n as I grew up, it was yhm song....gonna miss this terribly!!!
Ruhi was such a cutie pie. Ruhaanika is a blessed child... didn't see any child actor as innocent n cute as her. Itv children r mostly dadi amma's but this was one child who carried this dadi amma role with so much innocence that she didn't irritate u but made u fall for her innocence. This kid did so many things that no child in real life would do at her age. But the acting was so naturally innocent that it made u forget the real life n rooted for her actions. Though her acts were dadi amma'ish, but the way she did them were child-like. I didn't like her acting as she grew up n was turned into pihu...but she was mind-blowing as ru. The emotions that Ruhi went through were intense n extremely complicated, I wonder if ruhaanika even understood them, I wonder how her mother or director or her co-actors even explained to her those scenes...but at the age of 5, her eyes spoke volumes n that was unbelievable!!! Ruhaanika, DT n KP...three actors who emoted through their eyes...n this powerhouse of talent made their chemistry so fcuking real n natural!!! Ishita hugged Ruhi in the first episode n I was sold for DivRu chemistry 🙈 n then in the second episode, Raman's heartless yet righteous swag was killer!! I m fan of KP's index finger since that very day😆 The way he shoo'es people with his finger is so sexy😆 Then that Mata Ka jagrata scene where ishita sees broken relationship of Raman n Ruhi n then their first clash when they r on call n electricity goes off...the way they cross eachother's paths with that yhm tune in background....I was like koi movie poster banao iss scene ka😳 they screamed chemistry from get go!!! Can we ever forget that newspaper scene? "Naukro Ka na sahi, thank you bolne ka riwaaz hai iss sheher mein"...."yeah whatever...thank yew!!!"🔥🔥🔥
Lo, Anu, main finally aa gayi! 😆
I don't recall seeing any uber cute kids in any of my itv dramas so I ain't really a fan of kids in romance shows - they feel force-fitted a lot of time. The most recent kid character I liked was of course, Mowgli - not Mishti though, even though she was introduced before him. But Ruhi is my absolute FAVOURITE!! This character is totally adorbs and so is Ruhanika! I absolutely love her for her innocence, and more so for her dadi amma'ness. 😆 Those scenes especially melt my heart when she stands up for her Ishima. ❤️ I'm pretty sure Ruhanika's mother did the job of explaining the nuances of each scene to her and helped her get it right. Right from the loneliness in her eyes at the start to the hurt on not getting her father's attention, to the fear of going away from her father, the pain on actually having to go away from him, the happiness when he unexpectedly visited her and then sheer joy on learning that Ishita aunty wasn't going away anywhere but becoming her Ishita mumma, the kid aced the entire gamut of emotions! Then later on, the naughtiness in her eyes when she tried to pair Papa and Ishima and the happiness every single day on seeing them together and having a complete family - she portrayed it all so beautifully and perfectly!!
IshRu's first scene where she goes "Louie" had me go all aww. And though I wanted IshRa to meet already, I thoroughly enjoyed the slow and steady way their story started and progressed. When Raman was first introduced along with Toshi's description on his qualities, he was the opposite of what she said each time and so when she said, "Mera beta kisi ladki ko aankh uthakar nahi dekhta..." I was pretty much prepared to see another casanova, but boy, the way they proved that one right! The scene with the manager's wife was downright wicked and so amazingly done. And the man had no regrets that it had actually resulted in breaking a marriage. 😆
Then that first clash scene was also quite beautifully done. Coincidentally, their work circumstances in that moment were similar but their thoughts, polar opposites. What made the scene stand out more so was Raman actually stopping to see who it was that had voiced her thoughts so contrary to his. The newspaper scene - he was oozing arrogance, as usual, and Ishita was just left rolling her eyes.
Oh, and both the songs are so beautiful down to every line of the lyrics. And each power-packed scene, combined with the appropriate lyrics in the bg gave the scenes a lasting impact!
