I think the next day fight was also because Sana wanted to prove that Mahira doesn't do as mich work as she claims. This was pending from Sana's captaincy when Paras again showed Sana in negative light that Mahira helped you but you even bother to take her name.

Sana has later told ki koi toh problem hogi yabhi sab Mahira koh bolte hain. So, she showed the problem ki kaam nahi ho raha tha siraf unnecessary discussion ho raha tha.
