Ok..she probably isn't talking about Kangana..coz I fail to understand that a girl born in a family with royal lineage, who grew up in a haveli, whose great grandfather was a politician, grandpa was n IAS, who studied in a school like DAV, who was aspiring to be a doctor, who ' experimented with fashion from a young age, often pairing up accessories and clothes that would seem "bizarre" to her neighbours' ..how on Earth can she be considered from poor or lesser background

I think compared to those living in big cities it doesn't amount to very much. For eg. Kangana had to go to Pancholi to pay for her sisters multiple operations after she was the victim of an acid attack.
