He has always let his friends down whenever they needed him When Paras talked about Arti's panties in front of everyone he didnt say a word and later when she cried he mocked her. When she broke down he refused to console her. That is the main reason i dislike him. Showed his true colours then. So throwing a stupid towel in paint is not going to change the fact that he has no loyalty.
