Prerna taking charge of Kukki's food chart👍🏼. Slowly but surely she is getting closer to Kukki & Rishabh. Anurag😡. He is jealous and angry, but the decision to listen to his mother was his. Why hurt Prerna for something which he and his mother did. Rishabh punch to Anurag👍🏼. She hugged him and he consoled her. Chalo party time. Looking forward to their dance and the new entry.

Chapter 8 -

Prerna was still in shock.

'Mr. Bajaj yeh sab Kyun kar the hai mere liye?'

Rishabh- Agar aapka ka dinner ho gya ho toh hum chalein ?'

'Haan, sure.'

They didn't realise that a pair of jealous eyes was observing them.

They came inside their room.

'Yeh sab kisliye, Rishabh?Why are doing this for me?' asked Prerna.

Rishabh smiled and replied, ' I don't want to ruin your happiness because of me, Prerna. You are an woman, and every woman has the right to live a happy life after marriage. You can also take this as a gift of our friendship from my side.'

Next morning-

Prerna woke up to see the place beside her was empty.

' Yeh Mr. Bajaj kahaan gye?'

She freshened up and went to Kukki's room to find it empty.

She came downstairs to the breakfast table.

Her guess was right, the dad- daughter duo were having breakfast, with the Basus.

'Aap dono Yahaan? Pata hai main kitna pareshan ho gyi thi?'

'Relax, Prerna. Hum toh bas jog pe gye the!'

Mohini's face showed that she was disgusted.

Rishabh was wearing his coat. Prerna gave him his wallet.

Rishabh smiled.

Prerna thought, 'He looks so adorable while smiling!'

'Kya hua, aap mujhe aise Kyun dekh rhi hain?'

Prerna blushed and hurried to Kukki, who was downstairs.

Rishabh smiled and shrugged his shoulders.

As soon as Prerna came downstairs, she was surprised to see her whole family sitting in the hall with Maasi and Tanvi. The Basus were standing aside with disgusted look on their faces.

Kukki was playing with Mahesh.

Poor Prerna, her mouth was a perfect O.

Her husband came and stood beside her.

'I invited them today. They are also a part of our family na? They show also be in this party.'

Prerna felt a strange urge to hug her husband and thank him.☺️

Veena- 'Arrey, Damaad ji, aap khade Kyun hain, Yahaan baithiye!'

Rishabh -'Nhi Maa... I mean Ms. Sharma. I have to go to office.'

Prerna felt she would faint any moment. 'Maa aur poori family Ko mana Liya ? Kab, kaise? Business ke alawa inhe kuchh aata hai? 🤣'

Veena - 'Mujhe accha lagega if you call me Ma, Mr. Bajaj.'

'Ek shart pe. Aap mujhe sirf Rishabh hi bulayengi.'

Prerna smiled. Everything is changing, for the better!

Kukki came and hugged her Mamma-Papa.

Rishabh kissed his angel's cheeks and bid bye.

Prerna -'Lunch ghar mein hi karenge na?'

' Haan. Time pe aa jaunga. Don't worry. Bye. Take care of yourself and others.'

Veena smiled at the interaction between PreRish whereas someone was unable to bear it. Guess who?😆

Rishabh went out.

Prerna sat down with her family.

Shivi was wondering that why the face of her Jiju is familiar to her. (Twist!)

Shekhar noticed the glow on his sister's face which was missing since Anurag's betrayal.

He said, 'Kya baat hai Priyu, itni khush? Kis liye?'

Suman - 'Kyun ki humare Jamai Raja unhe itni pyaar se rakhte hai na!'

Prerna could feel that her cheeks were red.

She shied.

Mohini came there -' In logo ki hi kami thi! Manhoos family! Gold - diggers!'

Prerna - 'Mahesh, Kukki Ko bahar garden Mein le jao!'

When Mahesh and Kukki were out of sight, Prerna yelled at the top of her voice, ' Stop it, Mrs. Basu!Don't underestimate me. I am not that old Prerna who will swallow your nasty comments. Don't you dare to say anything bad about my family! Remember, you are living in my house! It will take me mins to throw you out! Samjhe aap? Now get out of my sight!'

Anu- ' You can't talk to my mom like this,Prerna!'

'You shut up! Meri baat Mrs. Basu se ho rhi hai, tumse nhi! Keep your mouth shut, Mr. Basu!'

Anu dragged his mother away.

Prerna sighed.

Her siblings were shocked to see this side of their quiet, shy, calm sister. 😆

Shivani- Di, aap toh 'Tandav mode mein thi!'

Veena smiled. Her daughter has really grown up today. She has now learnt to do everything on her own, without depending on others. She can now differ between right and wrong.

Suman - Priyu di, Yeh lijiye. Yeh Ma ne Mr. Bajaj ke liye banaya hai.

She handed her sister in law a big tiffin carrier.

Prerna smiled and yelled, 'Chandu!'

'Yes, Ma'am!' the servant came there.

' Yeh tiffin carrier kitchen mein rakho. Lunch ke waqt garam karke serve kar dena.'

'Ok, Ma'am.' the servant went away.

Prerna asked her Mom, ' Ma, aapne Mr. Bajaj Ko accept kar liya hai? Kab aur kaise?'

Veena smiled and said, 'Usne meri galat faimi bilkul door kar di hai. Woh Dil ka accha hai...'

She narrated how Rishabh went to the Sharma Niwas and begged their forgiveness. He confronted them and assured that he would always be with their daughter.

Prerna felt her face go warm. She felt something strange in her heart for her husband.

Rishabh arrived just in time for Lunch.

Prerna's mouth was wide open to see the bhukkad side of her husband. Kukki laughed at her dad. Poor Rishabh, he was too busy in feasting on the ' sorshe ilish' ( mustard Hilsa) ❤️that he didn't notice the mixed feelings of the Basus.

The door bell rang.

As soon as Debu Da opened the door, 'Nika'

'I am here, everyone!'

Mohini- ' Komolika! My darling! Welcome!'

Prerna was startled, while Rishabh had a huge smirk on his face.😎

No one can guess what is in Rishabh Bajaj's mind, right?
