No they are dating and Bhumi confirmed it multiple times in interviews indirectly. Ananya is another Alia she gets what she wants.

They are not dating...infact in every interview of PPW...all the interviewers hv constantly asked about sara...and kartik has till now never claimed to be single...everytime when anyone has asked whether he is single or not...he has never accepted..it means he is still dating sara...Ananya and kartik are very good friends...nothing more than that...
