Naina is so chilled out in real life that I hate her characterisation here. It would have been interesting and unique had Shahana been shown as lattu over Ranbir while he has fallen in love with Prachi. And Rhea is a good friend of Ranbir and she has some other BF. And she helps Ranbir and that she is indifferent to Prachi.

Seriously purab is a wimp. It really isn't that hard to tell aryan the truth, and aliya is using aryan now against pruab to keep him tied to her. I wondr if there's more to what they are hiding from aryan from the talks today other than the disha-purab angle aryan doesn't know about.
