Even if both countries want to live in peace it's not easy as the damage by Mughals and Britishers have already been a lot. These people separated 4-5 countries. Its not that India was only obsessed with beating Pakistan but they defeated it just like any other countries to make sure they win CWC trophy. It's just media and public who are making it like an obsession of India to beat Pakistan.
