See yaar in all fairness, i have also learned a lot of non Hindu stuff from TV shows and movies only... I have decided that in 2020 I am going to start reading religious interpretations by liberal thinkers in Islam and Christianity. I found this wonderful writing on Christianity by Stephen Fry..

maybe we as people need to educate each other also..
