Thoughts on Burnt Parathas?

I must admit, as a huge fan of slightly browned/burned parathas, Sid's food looked so good day. Please answer this poll to give us some insights on this very important issue! :)

I hate oily food sp Paratha is a no no from me. But agar thoos na pare toh must be fried with as less oil as possible.
